PHOTOS - Datu Ruben Enlog was a civilian lumad leader, not NPA

These photos released by human rights group Karapatan-SMR show Ruben Enlog entering into dialogue with various local officials in Davao City to raise the issue of militarization in Paquibato.

This year, Enlog participated in two meetings with other IP leaders. First was with Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte last April 20 in Grand Men Seng Hotel. The second was with Davao City councilors in the City Council office last April 21.

Contrary to the claims of the Eastern Mindanao Command, Enlog is a civilian, leader of NAGKALUPA (Nagkahiusang Lumad Mag-uuma sa Paquibato/ United Indigenous Peasants Farmers of Paquibato).
